About the class
High Heels turns walks, posture, poses and transitions into a controlled language of movement. Balance is built on the heel, the accent sharpens with the music, the body learns its space on stage. Every step carries not only aesthetics but technique, attention and decision.

Questions
+I've never danced. Can I join?
Yes. Classes start from zero. Early work covers balance, posture and the basic walk; as the body adjusts to heels, we move to short combinations and then choreography.
+Which shoes should I bring?
A heel that holds the ankle, balanced and not too chunky, is ideal. You don't need to buy shoes before your first class; the instructor will guide you to the right model.
+Is there a dress code?
Anything that doesn’t restrict movement and makes you feel strong. Leggings, shorts, a bodysuit or comfortable trousers all work; knee pads are recommended for floorwork.
+What if I miss a class?
Class passes follow the school’s current make-up terms. Making up a missed class depends on the pass and schedule; the enrolment team shares the details on sign-up.
